Isn't the album supposedly out at some point in May as well?
I'm guessing she's at the same stage she was in at this time last year - spending every ounce of her time in the studio [as well as preparing for touring], and then once "it's a wrap", she will do a big roll-out like she did that one night MIAM was announced.
A new label & she's revamping her team.
Thank goodness because it's been long overdue.
I hope she sees some success in the near future cause she sure deserves it.
It's weird going into an era without a publicist (since they book interviews, magazine stuff, radio, etc.) but hopefully the interim publicist from Epic is decent. I mean, it's Epic, which is constantly dragged for lack of promo, but maybe L.A. will make sure they spend time on MC...

The question isn't what a publicist is supposed to do or how they could hypothetically help Mariah. Look at the situation now and last year around the album release. Any significant difference? So, good riddance.
I agree though. It's messy already. Wooh girls, this is going to be an entertaining one.
It wont be. I think they're going with the MIAM route of numerous magazine covers a few weeks before/during release. There are so many Vegas publications, I expect her to be on at least 3 tbh.
