He bit that guy off to save Michone and Carl from being raped/killed, and he killed those other guys in the bar after they intended to shoot them in order to protect their farm.
She killed two people from her own group, then burned their corpses because they were coughing, even though half of the people in there had already been exposed to whatever was making them sick.
I like Carol too but come on, hardly the same thing.
