Because remember when they let her do what she wanted with the mixtape and 1991. She did the videos dropped the music, and then as soon as they tried to do the BWET era we see her fighting about dropping Miss Amor/Miss Camraderie they put a tight leash on her and now we're here.

Azealia herself did hype up ATM Jam though, maybe she told herself it was gonna be a hit for her. It seemed like a half decent track when it had all those great samples.. but the final product was abysmal and one of the worst things she put her name to, musically speaking.
I just think Interscope have no idea how to market a dark skinned female rapper. None of them know what to do with her. She seems quite volatile and unpredictable aswell which probably doesn't help with their working relationship. She's almost too intelligent for her own good.
It does feel like there's a light at the end of the tunnel though, I think within the next month we'll know the situation.
