This is a very good question, and one that will have an impact on LMH's overall AI peak. I'm going to try to answer it.
I think it depends on two factors:
if stations will play it because it is by Ariana, and
if the urban influences prevent it from succeeding.
Ariana Grande has turned into a household name lately, but it remains to be seen if HAC stations will treat her like a Katy Perry or a One Direction, playing her songs even if they are not all HAC.
Let's look at how her past singles (none of them really suited for HAC) did:
#6 Problem
#37 Break Free (rising)
#89 The Way*
*
She was not a household name when The Way was a hit.
It seems as if she is big enough that HAC stations are playing her music, even if it is not HAC music.
That's a good sign for LMH's performance on HAC.
That said, the situation is more complicated because LMH is more urban than any of those three singles. HAC is notorious for ignoring any rap or urban music that comes their way.
Songs Charting In The Top 40 Of Both Urban And HAC
(None)
Urban-Influenced Songs In The Top 40 On HAC
#26 All Of Me
#29 Happy
As you can see, the only two songs that are urban-influenced and getting played on HAC were mega-smash crossover hits.
I'm really not sure how LMH will do on HAC.
