If Bernie was winning in popular vote, pledged delegates and contest wins....they would switch over. However, he isn't winning any of those categories. The likelihood of them switching is unlikely unless that dynamic changes, sort of like what Obama did (winning the most contests and having more pledged delegates).
Plus, Bernie has yet to host fundraisers or donate money to the party for the Dem down ticket. Hillary has raised nearly $30 million for those senators and house of representative candidates up for re-election or running for some form of office position in the party. Then he is suing the party on top of that......who would want to change their unpledged delegate vote to someone that doesn't help them in their elections, doesn't host fundraisers/encourage their supporters to donate to their campaigns, is suing their party, and hasn't taken victory in any of major categories listed above (wins, popular vote, and pledged delegate count)?
