That's normal. Since it's tha weekend,sadly tha process won't begin until Monday,i know,i hate it too.
Anywho, Paypal will put 2 deposits in your bank account, like a 30 cents and 17 cents deposit,it takes about 2-3 business days and Sunday isn't a business day,so you'll see tha deposits in your account by Wednesday,Thursday at tha latest. After you get those deposits you go back to that page and enter tha 2 random deposits and your account will be confirmed and linked. Then you can send money to and from your bank account. So with this process,you won't have tha money in your Paypal account until the beginning of next week unless your bank works fast like my bank. If your bank works fast enough,you'll have tha deposits on Wednesday,you can then send tha money from your bank account on that Wednesday and you'll have tha money in your Paypal account of Friday.
If you would have linked it by 5PM our time,you would have had everything done by Wednesday or Thursday,but you missed tha business day deadline.
