I'd be here for songs like Masquerade as the "pop" songs on the third album, definitely not another set of Starships and Automatics though. I like those songs, but it's definitely not what her fans are checking for. I'm praying for songs as ruthless as Roman In Moscow!
There's nothing wrong with the voices. It's the fact that she has the tendency to go overboard and over do it completely, ultimately distracting the listener from her lyrics and turning them away. That was the main issue with RIM (and it's lackluster lyrics scattered throughout the song).
I don'd mind the voices, I actually love them, but they need to be kept at a minimum and controlled properly.
I'm glad she's done with the crazy voices and the only alter-ego's that are ever spoke of now are the classics like Nicki Lewinsky, but Roman In Moscow is perfection
