For those of you have seen this movie, I think it was a little rushed on the death scenes and the ending battles being too short. Here's how I would've changed it:
- Cut the whole escaping prison, not necessary.
- Put the whole backstory at the beginning of the movie
- After Eve disappears from Mrs Mac's sight, we should have seen her death outside where she is decapitated from Billy.
- Megan's death came too quick, it should've happened right after Melissa tells Lauren she knows who drew her name. Just to spread the deaths out.
- There should've have been more social dialogue with the girls.
- They should've put in an extra girl (Kristin Bell
)
Now this is where things went wrong:
- When Heather and Mrs Mac go to the car to leave, Mrs Mac should have died in the car and Heather should have witnessed it. After she sees the blood spray on the window, she should've ran back into the house...
- Leigh and Kelli tell Melissa and Tracey (Kristin Bell) to stay with Lauren.
- Leigh and Kelli meet Heather downstairs and inform them Mrs Mac is dead. They decide to go back to the car as they are in a large group (3 on 1).
-Leigh slips on the blood in the garage, she screams and both Melissa and Tracey run to the stairs and scream. Agnes kills Tracey as Melissa runs down the stairs to meet Heather, Leigh and Kelli.
- Heather informs that Tracey is dead and they all attempt to escape in the car, clearing the window of all the frost.
-Meanwhile, Lauren wakes up from her sleep and walks to the window. She sees the car on and is confused. She walks to the door and sees Agnes pulling Tracey's body up to the attic. She becomes scared and calls Melissa's cell. Melissa tells Lauren to run outside and get to the car. Lauren opens the door and Agnes shoves a bag over her head. Lauren manages to push Agnes down the stairs as the epic chase scene begins... Lauren escapes through her bedroom window, down outside she crawls in the house basement screaming for help. Heather and Kelli investigate the noise and meet Lauren where Dana died. Lauren can't open the door so she fights off Agnes and climbs up the walls to get to the attic. Heather and Kelli run to the attic to help Lauren as Lauren reaches the top. She fights off Agnes and runs to the attic door but is killed by Agnes to Heather and Kelli's surprise. They run into a bedroom and lock themselves in.
- Outside, Leigh and Melissa decide to leave but realise Kelli has the keys. They start walking towards the house, but Leigh is dragged by christmas lights into the basement where she is killed by Billy.
- Melissa runs into the house and fights off Billy again when he falls on her from the ceiling. Heather and Kelli hear the struggle and run out to help her. They realise they are trapped and head towards the attic for safety. Heather is the first to climb up but is killed by Agnes.
- Then the final battle can go on like it did in the original.
- End the movie as Melissa and Kelli run out of the house. NO HOSPITAL SCENES.
