I'll say Applause has sold barely 4,000,000 copies WW, there's no way it should be near 5M copies with all these figures which include the biggest music markets in the world.
It's maybe a lot to ask, but maybe could somebody post her single VEVO views, not YT, but person who has access to VEVO site could post her most recent VEVO views, I would like to make a comparison, so if anyone here has an access to VEVO I would appreciate.

Glad to see that JD will hit 200m mark soon, as well as TEOG and YAI will be certified almost at the same time, since YAI gets more views daily compared to TEOG, also G.U.Y. ARTPOP film is gaining less views because it's no longer in suggestions, short G.U.Y. only version gets suggested now, and MTN will take quite a lot of time along with G.U.Y. to get certified, not talking about BDR, I will be long dead probably most of us since it will get certification.

Her views / streaming will get a major boost once she's back on radio and being pushed through her music again with LG5. 2016 has been her biggest year in streaming since 2011. Bad Romance alone has been viewed more times in six months than it was all last year. I didn't think TEOG and Y&I would be VEVO certified before LG5's lead, but now it's looking that way. Also, I'll never get how G.U.Y. managed 121M+ combined for a song that charted for a week.

GUY is a bad song and the public agreed. It will have bad views no matter how good the MV. But the MV also not good at all.
The 11-minute version of G.U.Y having 73 million+ views is actually kind of impressive. The fact that a song that barely charted has a chance of being certified in the future is actually an impressive accomplishment. Clearly the public agrees that the video was good if they are streaming it.
Just Dance reached 200,000,000 views, it's her 7th video to do so! Born This Way is next!
Yoü And I and The Edge Of Glory will be VEVO certified soon too.. I wonder why The Edge Of Glory only has 99m views, it was a huge hit...
Compare it to G.U.Y., video is clearly lacks replay value unlike G.U.Y. who is almost at the same views as TEOG, that's why TEOG is so slow and G.U.Y. generates decent views on it's own atm, since we stans are working on TEOG and YAI certifications!
