In fact Bey at first even tried to sneak away leaving everyone behind but then she realized that they were still stuck in the elevator fighting and were never gonna get out unless she went back in so that Jay Z could get out first.

Let's break this down because you girls are blind.
0:10 Solange walks in and takes the middle, followed by Jay who joins Bey in the corner. Solange quickly begins to get in Jay's face and soon, she's assaulting Jay. From what we see, Bey is still, Jay is right next to her, and Solange is right in front of Jay(/Bey) hitting him.
0:20 At this point, Julius has grabbed Solange and pulled her away. Solange keeps trying to kick and hit, and Jay walks forward—at this point Beyoncé moves from the corner and gets in between Jay and Solange/Julius.
0:42 Solange hits Jay with that Super Sayain kick; Bey is literally in the middle of the two. She gets in between and helps to push Jay-Z back to the corner while Julius pulls Solange to the other side.
2:06 Solange starts to approach Jay again, and Bey moves closer towards Jay. We see Bey turn her head towards Solange (hard to tell if she's saying anything). Solange is still going off.
2:38 Elevator opens, Jay reaches down and picks up Solange's purse, giving it to Bey who will give it to Solange. Solange tries to attack Jay, but Julius quickly shuts that down. Bey doesn't move, and has no reason to because Julius is right in front of her and took care of it quickly.
2:50 Bey turns her head towards Jay and the two clearly exchange words for about 15 seconds. Julius walks out first (why???? ), followed by Bey. Bad idea; Solange quickly seizes the opportunity and goes in for that 1,2-PUNCH. Julius and Bey BOTH reenter and try to separate the two. Bey stands right in front of Solange to keep her back. Her head is moving so it seems that she's talking to Jay. Julius pulls Jay out, Bey follows, and Solange is last.
Try that "stoic", "quiet", "un-reactive" mess again.
