If you want a rate on that, maybe create a list of like 40 female singers and have members rate each one according to vocal talent (e.g Britney Spears - 10, Ke$ha - 8). You'll have to get the averages of each artist and post the countdown in ascending order where the vocalist with the highest average gets the top spot.  |
That's pretty much along the lines of what I was planning to do, except instead of limiting it to a certain list of artists, you could pick any ten female artists you personally think have the best voices. Artists in the top spot on each submission would get ten points, artists in tenth would get one point, and so on. And then I would rank each artist based on the total number of points they received.
But if something like this has already been done, never mind. I thought I looked through all of the already completed rates, sorry!
