Music is a matter of taste, I'm just anticipating the ATRL backlash against this song when it becomes "too successful" (as with what happened to WAY).
It happens with just about every song that becomes a #1 hit. It's a fact of life that has existed for YEARS.
The only song of the last year that has had that impact on me is "We Are Young", and that's only because the song has been literally EVERYWHERE: Radio, TV shows, commercials...you name it, WAY was probably used for it once. Over-saturation is a cruel mistress.

I believe someone on here was asking about streaming positions on Rhapsody. I just checked their chart, and, well...
The top five on there is identical to the top five on US iTunes right now.
lol. If I remember correctly, Billboard said Rhapsody is the site which counts most to the charts (not Spotify, like most people seem to think), so it might be worth checking occasionally on it.
Since Gotye is #1 on there, it should help him close the gap in overall streaming with fun.
