I was a fan of Dara when she was still famous in the Philippines which was like in 2004, but then she suddenly disappeared. I think her agency didn't give any crap about her anymore cause of her dying career at that time
. I think because of that she went back to S.Korea and I assume that was when YG snatched her to be a YG trainee right after he saw the "I Am Sandara Park" documentary..
Anyhoo, fast forward to 2010, out of the blue, I was curious as to what happened to her so I goggled her name and "I Don't Care" showed up and then I proceeded to watch "Fire". Of course I was slayed. But then I saw SNSD's Gee on the related videos
and I actually liked SNSD more than 2NE1 for a moment. I could sing RDR and Oh! in full too, I can't anymore though
. I also did my research and eventually found out about other groups, the big 3 agencies etc, fanclubs, who hates who
. .
But at that time, 2NE1 was also gearing up for their "To Anyone" era and I kept up with the updates. So then, when a short snippet of Cant Nobody leaked, I lost my **** cause I loved it.
So when they released "To Anyone" (which would turn out to be my favorite K-pop album), I literally camped on their MVs and became one of those annoying fans on Youtube that would be on constant fan wars and be like "Your unnies are plastic." to trolly SONES. I found myself on 2NE1's side and I've grown to "hate" SNSD just because of their fans
. Of course, I've grown out of that and realized how dumb I was.
I also joined 6Theory and became much more informed about the world of K-pop, its bad and good side.
I can't believe Crayon Pop would sympathize with those dirty apes. Did they not consider how subversive the use of that barbarous language could be to the development of Korean children?
