I'm not risking anything. I've looked up all the parties and I'm gonna number 1 to 23 or whatever and leave the Liberals blank. If worst comes to worst, every party has my vote except for the Libs lol. Going to vote right now actually, before work.
But I'm gonna hate today so much. I have a 10 hour shift with the extremely Liberal jerk. Thank god I'm going on a month's holidays in 3 days so I can get away from the messss!

At least the liberals have a neutral stance on gay marriage as its quite contested within the party with many moderates in favour, unlike Family First and Christian Democrats which hate gay people and heavily oppose SSM. Liberal >>>>> One Nation, Family First, Rise Up, Fred Nile party etc
Voted Labor! But sadly my vote doesn't count for **** because I'm in one of the safest liberal seats in Australia (Julie Bishop's been in office since 1998) Hopefully made a difference for the senate though.
My first preference is going to be Labor, but i dont mind if Liberals win the election. I like and dislike policies on either side.
I agree with this. I actually really identify with the moderate wing of the Liberal party (Malcom, Julie etc) more than I do with Labor, but they're too hamstrung by the far right.

Same! Its a shame they are so overpowered by the hard right which negatively impacts the perception of the Liberal party.
I'm so proud, it was my first time voting today! I know doesn't sound big, but it feels so empowering being young and independent unlike some of today's youth.

Ughhh this. I voted liberal anyway though. Also liberal represents the best interests of my family. My dad owns a business and has a few investment properties and that negative gearing stuff from the labor party had us shook sooo
Anyway I don't really care who wins but I hope it's not another 2010 hung parliament mess.

Then again one of the two largest parties is sending Trump who attracts some frightening supporters
