It is very likely at this point. Cheek to Cheek is only about 60-70k from surpassing ARTPOP's US sales and it will be getting holiday boosts in the future. I don't think it will surpass it worldwide, though, because ARTPOP is well over 2 million and Cheek to Cheek at most has sold 1.3 million worldwide.

In the US, yes. Most likely around Thanksgiving or Christmas this year when it goes on sale. Its a Holiday album. Worldwide, no.

I wonder when Bad Romance will hit 6 million in the US. That way she'll be tied with Katy for having 3 singles above 6 million. Hopefully its before Roar and Dark Horse pass 7 million which will mean Katy will beat Gaga for having the most 7 million or more selling singles.

Only VEVO views need to pass 100M to be certified.

Well, it's called a VEVO certified / an award VEVO gives out so I would assume it's on VEVO's site not YouTube stats.
