I think it's Cannibal's lyrics. Referencing cannibalism, Jeffrey Dahmer and whatnot. I suppose it's not good for publicity and your image to release something like that as a single.

Ke$ha's label seems very protective of her Top 10 run. That's probably why The Harold Song, Cannibal, and Sleazy were snubbed.

that might also be the reason why there is still no news about her album... her label might think that she has no songs worthy of making it to the top 10 so they are holding back until she records more radio friendly tracks.. cause we all know that she is going in a different direction musically but we don't know if her label is 100% behind it or not

I was thinking that she might be having some trouble with her label in regards to the tracks she recorded with Wayne or something.....

but we know she's recorded with Luke, and he's tweeted some stuff about being excited about new music.......

I want an epic **** pop dance track.

Something with heaving rock influences and the feel of a great Jim Steinman power ballad / rock opera (think "Total Eclipse of the Heart" or "I'd Do Anything for Love") but without the added weight (and of course in a way that fits today's music). I want a song I can hardcore party to that still sounds as wonderful when I'm fully sober and just listening.

Basically, I want the drama and hypermasculine aggressive epicness of the best of **** rock redelivered in a 4 minute dance track. And it has to be commercial, I'm not here for her flopping.

I never liked Tik Tok (still don't), but I want a **** pop party track that will dominate like Tik Tok did (and hopefully get some critic love at the same time). So category 1.
