She'll lose Hot tracks + Banner exposure and there'a also strong releases coming up.

But at the same time, Cold Water, Gold and Side to Side might lose their discounts + Cancer won't keep up.

She doesn't have any promo lined up for next week, so we'll see how this will end up for her.

I was actually talking about Sia, cause I think Gaga's putting the album on pre-orders tonight (surely with a banner for it) + pre-orders will make the tracks rise (remember Britney having two songs in top5 with pre-orders weeks ago).
