Kelly starts singing at 1:53. Blake sings the first verse and first chorus by himself. After Kelly sings the second verse they sing the chorus together till the end.
It's a simple country/Christian Christmas song. She does sound really pretty on it though. Comin' for that Christian chart come Holiday season
