if you look up the samples you can see how good her music taste is.

They even have an organization built for this in the music industry called ASCAP. Where the sampled artist clears the sampled material. Meaning the artist can reject the sample. I'm sure the producers cleared the samples. On top of the original artist getting a bargained percentage of royalties.

Thats possible that the producer used one of his released songs and let her use it. Or she liked it and wanted it. She does it a lot with Lone and Machinedrum.

She always lifts beats off producers she likes... But the producer still made the track :S and there are original beats on the album as well. I agree I prefer when they make the song from scratch, but on BWET it's not bad. Hip hop was predominantly made of samples since it's conception, so I'm confused at what you're complaining about. Pretty much every modern popular hip hop album is sample crazy

Azealia was really supportive about Mykki Blanco in 2012 and in the first half of 2013 like vocally too, she would bring him up in interviews and stuff but him and Le1f just one day started to hate her. I think le1f was mad because she announced she had a song called Soda and so did he

ATM Jam would sound so strange and reductive on the album. I never joined the hate bandwagon and I bopped to it a bit, but it's far inferior to even the worst song on the album
