Also, I have two ideas for rates for January - an X Factor UK singles rate and a 2000s British Groups singles rate (so basically All Saints, 5ive, Blue, Hear'say, Liberty X and a couple others not including Girls Aloud, Spice Girls or Sugababes)

although a Girls/Spice/babes singles rate-off would be AMAZING. And I'll throw that as a suggestion (for me. Personally. then the UK bands. Someone else could handle the X Factor methinks).

Do we have to wait to start a rate we signed up to host? I claimed ABBA a while ago, and I was under the impression that I would be told when I could actually launch the rate. I haven't heard anything since I registered, so I may have misunderstood. Can I start at any time?
I'm totally cool with waiting longer if needed. Much appreciated.
