Oh trust me I am! I was ready for the long haul and nearly fell of my chair when I encountered one on my 5th try.
I am now growing Wiki Berries to make Dry Poffins.

What's the difference of Poke Blocks from Poffins? I never tried making one when I played Diamond.

Making PokéBlocks is easier if you ask me. Only your timing has to be good. When making a good Poffin, you have to make circles, counterclock- and clockwise with your mouse(pad). The tricky thing is, when you do it too fast, you will spill. When you do it too slow, you will burn your Poffin. If you get the hang of it, you will have to speed up your circles, because the faster you finish you Poffin, the higher its level will be.

In order to evolve your Feebas into a Milotic, you will have to feed him 11 Dry (Wiki Berry) Poffins of level 17 or higher. It's not that easy and requires a lot of time. If one decides to feed Feebas Poffins of a lower level, there might be a chance that its Sheen will be full before its Beauty is maxed out. Making it impossible to evolve your Feebas.
