Why don't people understand that the release of self-titled has literally never been done before by a pop artist?
Like...... Beyoncé and "her label" really didn't do anything with this album in terms of singles...NO OTHER ARTIST in pop is dealing with their releases in this way...it's never gone down this way by a major name like her....
The real tea is that Bey has continuously TURNED DOWN tons of promo opportunities from her label to help promote her album and singles..who else would do that?
The success accumulated by XO, Partition & Pretty Hurts is all by her name alone, they barely played her **** on the radios and you damn sure won't see Bey promoting it on a billboard above a highway either..things have changed
