I actually like that song, but Boom Clap could have been her first single with AAY as the follow up. Oh well, she's not hungry for success so she can go back to her family now. At least she has a beautiful boy to raise.
Poor Adele, her upcoming album that is bound to be an obvious success is going to look like an abysmal decline from 21 all thanks to people being too poor to buy albums nowadays.
Was there much of a bandwagon to begin with because Ultraviolence's sales
Too poor to buy albums? They're like $13.. lol
Gaga's over. It's nothing related to people not being able to afford albums (which is false).
Taylor will probably outsell all our faves in the end yet she will never have a market outside the US that bought a million units of her album.
Still kinda weird.

Oh I meant during Born To Die and Paradise. I wasn't on this forum during those releases, but I'm shocked at the lack of Lana fans on this forum. Seems like it's all about Gaga/Katy/Rih/Taylor etc.
Gets a bit boring since they aren't doing anything worth talking about these days.
I feel like Boom Clap would have been laughed at if it was by Hilary tbh. It was much better designed as a hit for a nobody who could shape the image around the song.
If HD was singing those lyrics y'all know she'd be getting **** for being disney and old.
Actually, the economy has vastly improved since the release of 21, so we'll have to save that one for another time.
She should still experience tons of success regardless, even though it will likely not even scratch the surface of that of 21.
I just lowkey feel bad for because I can see annoying chart-driven twinks sqawking garbage like "Oop the DECLINE!!!" even when her album manages to pull some big number like 7 million worldwide.
And even if the economy has gotten better, album sales keep declining each year.
It's true... Bad Romance was an embarrassing novelty hit that is now forgotten *currently CTRL+f'ing it in the iTunes top 1500... The loud, ringing 'ping... no results' strikes my ear.*
She will never have a proper comeback. I feel like people look back at the Poker Face/Bad Romance years like they look back at 90s fashion or something--with a "what the **** were we thinking, why was that ever a thing?"

It's not like Adele will pay attention to them like Gaga did. lol
Hillbilly Cuffs was never going to make a comeback, and if she couldn't do it in 2007 with excruciatingly well-crafted material like "Stranger," then she sure as hell couldn't do it this year with the mediocre trite she's been pushing out.
Being incapable of reaching the iTunes Top 150 with a Today Show Performance and payola...
