Streaming keeps increasing. Just look at Wrecking Ball, for example. That was considered a massive viral hit back in 2013 yet it's stalled at under 800k, whereas DH and Roar are considered massive hits of late 2013/early 2014 and they're barely scraping 1b. Mid 2014 hits (like All About That Bass) are easily getting to 800k and massive smashes like Shake It Off and Blank Space which were released near the end of 2014 are sure to cross 1b this year.
I know it sounds stupid but I have actually been streaming Roar a few times every week. Well, actually, I've just gone to check its numbers and then watched the video because it's so good. But still.
