I think the appeal of this is that people really want to be a part of this song.

Maybe it's the way it's written/arranged, but (for me) whenever it comes on I feel like I am inside the song/video and having an actual singalong with Rihanna, Kanye and Paul.

i love how everybody thought this would flop not too long ago lmao. rihanna's never been one to debut at number one, she always climbs and this is going to be #1 or at least close to it. i love the song, although i personally wouldn't have chose it as a first single.. as a rihanna fan, i'm glad that it's doing well and esp after that amazing grammy's performance.
