Labor are for the continuation of offshore detention centres on Nauru and Manus Island, where conditions for people fleeing their countries because of fear of death are simply beyond awful. If you care about human rights, and the world around us (not just Australia) your best bet is to vote Greens.
Also just address the "the Greens would never win, so why vote for them?" debate, by voting for them and increasing their percentage, even if they don't win, you show the major parties that you disagree with their policies, and that they're going to have to change if they want your vote at the election after.
Other than that, Labor and Greens are fairly similar, but the Greens are probably more vocal in their marriage equality campaign, plus they place more emphasis on education and health than Labor do.
