Not even a Katy stan, but I don't understand. If a song doesn't sound basic/radio-friendly, it's suddenly 'dated'? Walking On Air sounds fine. Music doesn't always have to be representative of the era it's being released - it could be an homage to idk, the 90s. I prefer Dark Horse, though.

The same fickle stans doing the most. I swear, so many stans have been jumping ship from their usual faves lately because of one song, and when heaven forbid they dislike one 30s snippet from their new 'fave', they're ready to jump ship again. Another day in ATRL.
