On the official facebook page of Kombank Arena Belgrade says that cameras are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Cameras will be taken on the entrance to Arena and will be return to the owners at the end of the show.
If someone tries to take pictures or record the show, the security will have to intervene.
Isn't this weird?
Maybe this means that she will perform some new songs that are not officialy released..
(Sorry for my bad english)
I really hope this is just something that the arena sends out as their standard concert policy. I audio recorded a Maroon 5 show and as security was going to take it away I showed them that on their fanclub page it says that they allow fans to record them as long as we don't sell them.
Did BEYONCÉ herself said "you guys will get new music before the tour."? Nope. Don't come with GQ articles because those aren't Beyoncé's words and you can't ASSUME they are Beyoncé's words because you don't have proof.
I don't know if that's a troll or watever but To me a Stan the press release of the tour did say supporting new music from Beyonce fifth album
So I do expect new music
Everyone is basing it being like Revel from the fact that she's using the LED floor, screens and LED band box? .... Those are for sure a MAINSTAY now until she gets something better, I'm sure they were CRAZY expensive and bought them with other tours in mind. You know she had them specially made for her band and they're incredibly new and fresh.

They were amazing, anyway..
I don't mind if it's the same equipment, If she didn't do Revel everyone would be excited as hell for it and the Revel stage itself was pretty big, a bit wide and this one seems even taller.
Here are some BTS on the stage @3:29
Beyonce has the huge LED plus a transparent one closer to the front of the stage where they can project more images and add depth to it on top of the LED floor and band boxes.
The MDNA Concert has the huge screen and three small ones in front that can be used individually. She didn't have the light up floor but had a few more risers from the floor and she worked magic with that. The opening shatter for Girl Gone Wild SLAYED, it looked like a huge 3D church but it was all on one screen, then they shattered it.
It's best is she invests a bit more on great graphic artists than other parts to add in and take out, it looks really clustered at times like in the Born This Way Ball where you really can't do much with the huge castle or if it's a bit more toned down like the Femme Fatale Tour you can't really hide or show much light tricks since it'll show the stairs and shadows of boxes and we know Beyonce loves to play with the lights completely a la "Run The World" at the Billboard Awards, the Single Ladies video, the into to Baby Boy at the IASF tour where you had 3 Sasha's, 2 on the main stage and one on the BStage but eventually she came out of the floor and went down flying.

Well the interviewer didn't just pull a random time-frame out of her ass.
Plus, if this Pulitzer Prize awarded journalist was lying, Bey would have clocked that by now.
Considering how quick her and her team took down the "Grown Woman" Billboard article.
I mean...she doesn't record her interviews for no reason.
Quote:
she will explain, so, "you know, I can always say, 'I want that interview I did for GQ,' and we can find it." And indeed, she will be able to find it, because the room in which you are sitting is rigged with a camera and microphone
Let's also not forget that this article came out in January stating there would be a world tour almost a month BEFORE the world tour was announced after the Superbowl. So yes, we CAN assume they are Beyoncé's words because that's what an interview is.
But you're right, the interview (Bey) didn't promise a single by now -- it's just for a "world tour supporting her fifth album", one would expect new music would be present in some way, shape, or form.
Either way it's out of our hands. And sulking about it won't change anything.
I just wanted to clarify that it's not "dumb" that people expected new music by around when the tour started.
