And I have the sims 3 but I never play it because it always blacks out/freezes because of my graphics card
for graduation next month i'll be getting a macbook pro
does it perform better on macs? I hope so

I run this on my macbook pro 15"
I also have like 8 eps BUT you have to have your settings low, and always let things load, or else your game will crash. It does not lag at all.
I'm so excited for this! I hope this doesn't take too many requirements. I'm probably going to delete TS3 since I don't know if my computer can handle all that. Or just get a new laptop

You can have both TS3, TS4 and even TS2 without the games affecting each other as long as there's enough space for them
Downloaded sooooooo many mods and hacks and extra items for Sims 2, it's amazing how 8 years after I bought the game it still slays me like no other. Sims 3 literally could never.
Very excited for Sims 4 though, will get it as soon as it's out and wait on the mods to come flooding in.
Being a Mac user and a Sims fan is so hard I never loved 3 as much as I loved 2, and we can't even play 2 on current versions of OS X anymore, so the only way is by dual booting Windows.
I thought the emotions aspect of 4 was dumb, but the sims look so much better than 3 anyway. I'm dying to get back in the loop.
