Eric Saade performed an exclusive concert for Pop Explosion. The concert was aired on one of Sweden's biggest channels, sending Saade's material to #1 without any time wasted. The concert was held at the Ericcson Globe in Stockholm as a surprise date for fans who were asked to be there for a radio event. Saade performed ten songs for the audience. Including two old songs from his previous albums.
1. Rocket Science
2. Fingerprints
3. Midnight Love
4. Back of The Cab
5. Heat
6. I Swear
7. Navigate
8. Gave You Everything
9. Sophistication
10. Can't Please Everybody
Eric Saade was on the Swedish morning talk show ' Nyhetsmorgon' this morning to give a live set of four songs from his album 'Exposé'. Saade delivered vocally, giving amazing stripped down perormances of the R&B fueled songs on his #1 record. Saade first performed 'Sophistication', his first song to reach the top spot on the charts. Saade followed up the performance with his almost double platinum single 'Can't Please Everybody'. The last two songs performed were 'Rocket Science' and 'Bad Girls'.
Eric Saade performed two songs at the VG Lista festival in Sweden today. Saade brought a good showcase of live singing and dancing to the stage, getting really hyped and turned up with the audience. Probably since he was back home in Sweden.
Sophistication:
The performance started off with the second single off his album 'Sophistication'. A runway-fashion influenced version of the song played over the speakers as dancers wearing dress that had countries flags on them started walking across the stag.e From America to Australia they were all there. The last girl to show up was one wearing a dress of the Sweden flag. She lifted up the long piece of fabric and it blew steady in the wind. Someone pulled the fabric and Saade appeared making the crowd go wild. The music cut off as Saade stood in a spotlight, the crowd cheering for him. Dancers rose from the stage on either side of him as Saade smirked out to the audience before he started doing a routine with his male dancers. The pre-chorus involved lots of footwork as a strobe light effect shined over Saade above. The chorus fettered Saade mostly singing live vocals, showing some power as he jumped in for the chroeo in certain parts. Saade headed out to the catwalk for the second verse where he repeated the same routine as before. The bridge hit and fire rose from the stage, Saade sweaty as he began hitting belted notes. He hit one lest note before the production took back over and he did a K-Pop influenced dance routine at the end.
Can't Please Everybody:
The performance started off with a jail like gate on the stage, smoke and fire coming out of it. It rose up and so did Saade wearing a tux unlike the previous performance where he wore a studded denim vest. Women acting as statues on the side of the stage came to life as Saade stripped one completely topless (her back facing the audience of course) as he imitated the single cover for the song. Him and and some female dancers killed the choreography and put on the best performance of the song yet.
Neon Hitch To Release Perfume
You heard us, Neon Hitch is going to release a perfume with the full promo; an ad, a launch, signings She just signed a deal with a perfume company, for at least 3 different ones The title is unknown as of now, but it'll possibly involve Gypsy in the title and will be discussed/revealed soon. Yas Neon. Slay us with your scent
Gypsy queen Neon Hitch sat down with us for an exclusive interview on her new single, and more.
What made you choose Player as the second single?
I chose Player because, well it's a nice song and I have this little plan of showing all the musical sides of me to the GP with this album, somehow. Dolla Dolla is urban, which I have experimented in before. Player is the dance/pop side that we all know, then there's also dream pop, or indie pop, and some personal songs too, all of which are beautiful. I prefer the indie/dream pop side though
Are you excited, or worried about performing Player?
I've done it a lot already, and I think I'm safe even though I'm gonna have to like, do things on stage now My dancing is no longer extremely embarrassing so we're good
How was it working with David Guetta?
Awesome, just awesome. He's a really nice guy and there's no random feature credit which- no shade, makes me happy I'd collab again
Are you getting along with your label mate, SugarNSpice?
Oh I hate them they outpeaked me Just kidding, yes I am, for now.
Anything you can say about your perfume?
Yes! It'll be out around the end of the month, and like those guys said yes there will be a commercial, and some signings, and more It's gonna be in a purple, round bottle and my working title is Gypsy Dreams
Speaking of release dates.....Album?
It's about time Out SUPER SUPER soon...and by super, I mean January 14th. NEON will be out January 14th, my debut is out then, girls it is real it will be out that day I swear on my life. I PROMISE! And I don't like to break promises
Billboard: River is miles better than Something Something
The chart magazine just publish a little review of River on their website.
River shouldn't have been the lead single because Freedom has power and it's perfection. But, it should've been a single instead of Something Something. Did the Legend want to keep the smiles on what will be her next classics? Probably. Anyway, River has potential to become a huge hit even if it's a promo single. Knowing Christina, she'll probably work her ass off for this song and yes, we can't wait to see what will happen. It will be out this week
After all this time, Legend X finally got an iTunes Banner featuring her newest single Something Something from her upcoming album POP BIBLE. It surely helped the song rise on iTunes. The song just reached a new peak (at #2) and probably is aiming to go to that #1. Legend X is so proud of her work so far as she just claimed on twitter how happy she is for her 2nd most successful era. The pop album will be released around February. We can't wait to finally hear the album. It'll be her best one.
The star decided to cover one more magazine and this time, she chose Glamour magazine. There is also an interview inside. Here is a part of it:
Q: How can you still take care of your kid(s) when you have such a hard life?
X: There will always be time for Max, no matter what. And for the unborn baby. Yes, of course, the family helps me too, but I always want to spend time with them. But you know, it's so hard. I want to give them a normal life, but I really can't. And I just wanna take them with every trip or promotional tour. Like, you know, now I am here in the UK and yes, I brought him too, but I am afraid that he'll lose a lot of things from the school and if I will just put teachers for him, he'll never see how it is to be with the other guys.
Q: Yeah, I understand. You'll surely find the best way.
