I just watched I Don't Know How She Does It. Very boring, but I loved Olivia Munn & Christina Hendricks.
And after, I finally watched Hangover Part II. It really wasn't as funny as the first one, but it was hilarious. I'm still laughing at "albino polar bear"...
Just finished "Drive" in time for the Golden Globes tonight. With a rating of 8 on iMDB i have to say I expected something better. It was good, but very slow at parts... I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
Just saw The Descendants
I didn't think it was as amazing as everyone made it out to be, but it was alright. I particularly enjoyed the cinematography.
Drive
Films like this don't come along very often. A perfect mix of minimalism and bursts of action that reminds me of another favorite, A History of Violence. The music and art style gives it a charm that rarely works for this genre. Great work by Nicolas Winding Refn. 9/10
Probably the best cast of 2011: An aspiring author during the civil rights movement of the 1960's decides to write a book detailing the African-American maid's point of view on the white families for which they work, and the hardships they go through on a daily basis.
On imdb.com the users gave it an 8.0..it has 62/100 on Metacritic...
