Next week. MAYBE this week because of the incredible radio support, but I doubt it. The charts that come out today are for the week of July 20-27

Deals usually last one day, and rolling is brutal 7 days after, which will count for the charts cause airplay is from Wed to Wed. So I'd guess 35-40 million.
