Other countries don't have the same tracking period as the US. So it may be the first 3 days, but that doesn't mean there weeks are over. Some of the countries are still counting sales so the 200k WW isn't her first week WW numbers.
If some of you don't know. The US has a huge population. Most of those counties are not well populated meaning they could not generate the sales. It would be impossible. Stay upset. And do some research.
