i wouldn't have liked it either honestly, but she needed to chill. I would have only said "your dog is untied outside" and that would be it.
I understood I was wrong for it, but she didn't need to keep going on and on. She even stood in the shop with a nasty face waiting until I stepped outside and put Sadie back on the lead. She then continued to rant as she walked down the road
You know that my "maybe next time" is shade.
