They really need to focus on keeping things consistent. That is AHS greatest weakness. Murder House had a solid pace to it but Asylum had a slow start before it became really great, Coven started out great and fell into stupidity halfway through, Freak Show had a nice episode or two, and it took several episodes of exposition for Hotel to finally come into its own and decide what it should focus on to get really good.

Liz should have been the anchor that the season revolved around for the first half instead of John, like she was for the second half. It could have connected really well. Everyone visiting her bar to provide exposition for the other sequences. I think we knew too much about John early on, it would have been better if he had a less central focus until after we found out about him.

I know, I likes the ghosts in Hotel, but they began to overshadow the vampires. They should have just been in the background, with the mains only being the ghosts, not all the damn minor characters.



I would've much preferred a vampire army killing all the guests, opposed to ghosts.

Realistically more like 2, unless they have another big star announce it like Gaga did with Hotel. But it'll be prob be announced a few days before Paleyfest, which is March 20.
