Its the data polling that campaigns/parties conduct themselves. GOP internal polling shows that Arizona and Georgia is slipping away from Trump, which probably means he is behind Hillary.

Them being commissioned by the Campaigns. They essentially dictate ad buys/state investments (gotv/groundgame etc), and are usually a more accurate depiction of the of the State as opposed to other polls.

Usually internal polling shows breakdowns demographically and geographically that public polls usually don't. They usually have larger samples than public polls, and are carried out by better pollsters.

I think I thought it was Utah because of the widespread Mormon denouncement of Trump, which would give split votes to Johnson/McMullen and either Johnson/Hillary were up. But this definitely makes sense.

I find it hard to believe 25% of white people are either undecided or not voting for Trump/Clinton (according to the GA poll with Clinton up 7 points). Or maybe they just hate both candidates
