considering she's preaching acceptance about all people, i'd say no. Unless your referring to homophobic straight gaga fans, which is too funny to imagine in any real sense
If her gay fans were not allienated with 'the story of us it always starts the same with a boy and a girl and a heart and a game' then these lyrics, which aim to include anyone who can be excluded, then her straight fanbase should not be alienated.
Unfortunately some will. Oh well. The song does mention more than the LGBT community.....but that one little block of lyrics seems to throw people off....
