We don't know her schedule. She's not touring and she seemed extremely happy to be interviewed twice yesterday, she was so delighted that Annie gave HBTB two spins on Radio 1 - "Thanks Annie, thanks for playing the song!"
We're just being hopeful that she'll at least give the song and album more promotion than UV. Besides, The Weeknd's album is released soon so hopefully her feature track will give her more exposure. The music video will hopefully be released soon too. Lana said in the Beats 1 interview that she likes to release stills and then follow-up with the video. We already have stills, so it shouldn't be too long.
She doesn't have singles that have legs, she's not a fixture to promote at award shows, and yet her album and streaming sales are always really good.
