I said as soon as she announced this. It's weird because she almost talks too much, the do-do-do part is annoying in a bad way, and the spoken parts are horrible and no little girls are gonna be yelling about waking up with a 2. WoA remains the summer smash that got away.



Anyway, I still want OotB Katy (minus IKAG) back where her songwriting was more personal and less generic. That's a discussion for another day though,

Birthday came after a huge smash. TIHWD follows a song that only got spins by default. It's a completely different situation.
