I don't really care as much of it passing other songs as I do with it having some good stability (a lot of red updates always freaks me out the most ). It seems to be doing pretty well considering that #16 place also has the more temporary stuff ahead of it!

No!!! Roar is working its way up to like 6x platinum or something in Canada right now so it's good that it is doing so well while it winds down! Unconditionally has mostly been doing well on Canadian HAC radio, I think. It hasn't been gaining as quickly here as some other songs on pop radio but it's been doing steady increases.

Off the top of my head:

- Radio plays (see page 173 of this thread for umichgrad's latest update. I think it's slightly over 80M AI right now).

- Music video (aired on MTV after some show or something, added to Vevo/YouTube the next morning. Didn't use Vevo banner ads and has around 10.5 million views so far).

- Opened AMA awards with a performance. People called it racist for some reason.

- Billboards? (someone keeps posting a pic of the Unconditionally single cover on a billboard in some parking lot but I'm not sure where these are being done, how many, etc).

- TV ads? (something about the song being used in ads for the VIctoria's Secret fashion show that's being aired on TV in mid-December. I've never seen this ad or heard anything else about the song in an ad).

I think that the music video & AMA's have fulfilled their purpose... introduce Unconditionally as the new Katy Perry single and not freaking Dark Horse (it's so much further now). I'm sure this ain't even the beginning yet

I'm pretty sure Katy is not performing at the show. It was taped a couple weeks ago and I didn't hear anything about her being there. The taping of the show got some publicity and Katy was not mentioned at any point (besides for her performance of Firework at the 2010 show).
