I caught mine at Lv. 21, I believe. Pretty sure I found Marill in the Safari or the Trophy Garden.

It can be caught in the Great Marsh, but starting at Level 20. The thing is, Marill evolves into Azumarill at Level 18.

Yeah, that's where I caught a Marill. It was already over Level 20 and it evolved pretty quickly.

I won't go through the trouble of breeding. Besides, it's impossible for me to get a Ditto unless I trade one. I guess I have to get back to Mt. Coronet and fish for a few hours straight.

Feebas would be real easy to breed if it's a female. But yeah if not I think you are screwed unfortunately.
