Ugh. I forgot how brutal Misty was. There would have been no chance at me defeating her if I didn't use Mew to transform into Starmie so her Bubblebeam becomes useless.
My poor Sandshrew got OHKO by a single attack and Nidorina is still stuck using Scratch and Poison Sting until I get more TMs
Misty is up there with Clair and Whitney for most unnecessarily hard gym
I bet her with a Lvl. 14 Oddish with Absorb
It may have to do with the fact that all starmie did was increase its defense
