I hate By but I would never stoop so low to cmpare her album to artpop. Also 4 is decent and the only Bey album I've heard in full.

Heaven has a more emotionally evocative vocal performance than any song on B'Day

4 is her only good album. All her records have like 4 hot singles and everything else is meh to trash. She been mad overrated her whole career.

it's not so much comparing as it is true.
BEYONCE really did take Gaga's whole visual movement and use it to her advantage. I mean Beyonce did it with B'Day but everyone kind of knew that was what Gaga was going for with the new album. Also, Jay Z coming and making an app to go with his new album didn't help either.
