"No Scrubs" was pretty massive and considered a huge comeback for TLC (they didn't flop off but stayed a few years away due to their bankruptcy). It created a catchphrase. Not surprised it is more listened to than those Britney and Christina songs. It works for nostalgia and doesn't have a played out sound.
Oh, and from an opinion from someone who knows the current generation and isn't 30 years old,
Brittany and Xtina are still widely remembered. I dunno, there's something about them that makes you watch all their music vidyas. Me & my friend in 5th grade use to legit discuss her vidyas.

People say "Brittany" as a joke. As an ATRL member, one would have to be as brain dead as Britney herself if they thought her name was spelled like "Brittany."
