Yep it is frustrating when things are close and then it doesn't happen. I am hoping the song follows Taylor's pattern of longevity and stays in the 30s for at least a few months. I would like to see it reach at least double platinum with a performance on her next tour.

I was surprised they never did a real video for Eyes Open only the lyric video. I think the single might have done better with a video and some support.
