That is complete and utter BS and OBVIOUSLY either a misunderstanding or just complete trolling. I am 100% sure Kelly wasn't up there saying "NO PHOTOGRAPHS! I DON'T HAVE MAKEUP ON!" since she is the first to say she doesn't give two ***** if she has makeup on in pictures or not. And that's proven since she's constantly photographed without it.
If anything, management or the venue itself doesn't allow pictures and so there was probably a sign that says no photos and either some dbag told this person it was because Kelly didn't have makeup on, or that was their own assumption. No ****ing way would Kelly herself ever implement that rule for that reason.
Also, we would have heard if Kelly didn't show up for the M&G because plenty of other people were there. Kelly has only canceled two M&G's, I think and this was not one of them. This person is full of **** and probably out to get Kelly.
