That's exactly why each vote there would only count as half a point to your final scores. There are three components to voting, but because you could see one of them, you guys have been worrying yourselves... Don't forget that the two forms of voting you can't see are worth more. There will likely be public voting in the future, but it shouldn't deter you.

Yeah, I managed to get straight A's for the past two semesters, all while on ATRL. However, everyone manages things differently, so if Remeese needs to leave to focus, it's probably for the best.

Yep, because the poll has Remeese's name and entry, and I feel starting a new poll right now would just annoy the ATRL public. There will be public voting in the future, though perhaps it will be tweaked a little.

Lol. There is no new poll. I seem to have confused everybody. I mentioned in the PM I sent that there will be no new poll and the old one is no longer valid. I don't want to annoy the ATRL public by putting up another poll when the earlier one was already up. It would just confuse and possibly irritate them, so I'm going to hold off on introducing public voting until the next challenge. That way it's fair for everyone.

It'll make an appearance again, but I'll explain it. Basically it was an extra dimension to the voting, where anyone (including judges and contestants) could give 1/2 a point to the contestant of their choice. Those points would be applied to the final scores determined after the official judge and contestant votes were counted, so if a contestant's Top 3 Score - Bottom 3 Score = 3, and they received 6 public votes (worth 1/2 point each), their new final score would be 6, which could boost them above other contestants and mean the difference between staying and going. Hopefully that's a little more clear, haha.

I did, lol. I sent a PM to everyone and updated it in the challenge thread, including an update at the top stating it. I just didn't make a new post about it. Everyone has been instructed to consider Cannibal in their rankings and resubmit.
