iTunes has been ****ing with her all day. Its a glitch. Some people cant find it in their store or play the preview. smartURLs arent working either. Its really sad because she would easily be top 10 by now

It was #16 a few hours ago then disappeared from the charts again (3rd - 4th time this happens today). So the chart is bugging http://kworb.net/itunes/selenagomez.html

It's stalling. The decrease isn't that big it's most likely because it's glitching still.
