Yes she is and I been saying that for years! Alicia definitely accomplished a lot and looking at that list, she's the only R&B female listed. Alicia is definitely legendary and she did one point changed the music industry in the early 00's and her music is so timeless which every music/talent competition like The Voice still perform her music.
