It's gonna be a full european stadium tour. It will likely last all summer ; around 10/15 stadiums were confirmed lately so I think we can except the european leg to be longer than DWT's. And it was said that Kanye will be there on every show or almost...
Considering that the 1st song released from R8 featured Kanye and was originally his song, and since he's executive producing R8, it's not surprising that R8 tour will be a joint tour with him.
